For several years, Francisco Hernandez Marcos has been managing a micro-loan programme for immigrants in Madrid (within Caritas Madrid ) and coordinating the entrepreneurship forum Suscipe.net. He founded Crisalia Servicios Financieros, a financial retail services broker specialised in mortgage products and was also a consultant at McKinsey&Company, where he worked in projects related to the financial services industry. He has been Chairman of the London Business School Alumni Club in Spain and Chairman of the Fundación Rafael del Pino Scholars Association. Currently he works as Director of Online Strategy at Real Madrid football club. Francisco holds an MBA (specialising in Finance) from London Business School and a Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid (UPM).
